Adding new info to form fields - Access 2007
I am trying to figure out how to input data using a form. This data needs to simultaneously be added to an existing table. This form is only used as a tool to add new data. I would also like to use combo boxes as well on this form.

Adding new info to form fields - Access 2007
Robert,
You can accomplish this by setting the Data Entry to Yes. (In Design Mode go to the Properties Window and scroll down to Data Entry.) As for the combo boxes, if you are unsure how to set them up then use the Wizard to do so. If the Wizards don't give you exactly what you want then a wee bit more information will need to be supplied. ie, Field Names, are you trying to find a record based on the selection, are these combo boxes going to update a field in your table... -- Gina Whipp "I feel I have been denied critical, need to know, information!" - Tremors II http://www.regina-whipp.com/index_files/TipList.htm Robert Eckhart wrote in message ...
