Default How to move outlook folders to another location?

I would like to move my contacts .pst file to a briefcase file & share with a
home computer. Is that possible? When I follow Microsoft instructions for
moving outlook folders I dead end at there suggestion: after copying file to
location, go to control panel & double click on mail then click "show
profiles" . When I dble click mail I have no show profiles choice. I only
see my mail accounts. Thanks, Doug
