I have the same issue, but Personal CRM only seems to make sense if you're
sync'ing ACT and Outlook regularly. I want to drop ACT altogether, and dump all the info I've accumulated into Outlook, and I don't want to pay $200 to do it (the trial version is only good for 200 contacts, and I have over a thousand. . .). My specific issue is getting ACT! notes and history transferred to Outlook's contact note box -- I used it alot and have a ton of info. . .
