Default meeting request from lotus-notes

I can receive meeting requests from a lotus-notes user. They present
themselves as a Outlook meeting request, but the ACCEPT and DECLINE buttons
are disabled.
How do I enable these buttons?

Do you know if the meeting requests are iCal files? Also, which version of
Outlook are you using and do you know which version of Notes is being used?
I use Notes at work so I might be able to test this out between my work mail
client & Outlook

OK, I just tried it between Notes 6.5.3 & OL2003 SP2 and it worked fine.
