Default excel as address book

Hi Pete,
I your intent is to print labels, you would use Microsoft Word with your
Excel sheet as the first sheet and used as the database.

Pete

Sounds like each row is a separate person and address etc. but not sure.

That is the normal format if you are exporting to an address book or using in
a MailMerge with Word or similar.

What exactly do you want done with the list you now have?

Show us a small example, maybe 5 or 6 rows of data so's we can get a better
idea.

type them all out again??:

yes, see my previous answer using Mail Merge, if you don't have Word
you can use the elephants are us example of John Walkenbach's in the
related area, but Mail Merge is best.
