Default Action settings to jump to another slide not working.

I'm trying to make an interactive quiz on my PowerPoint. I have a question
with several answers labeled with action buttons. The ones jumping to the
"wrong answer" slide are working fine, that is just going to the next slide.
However, the "right answer" action button is not working. I go in the action
settings and tell it to go to the slide two away, but it's like the settings
don't save.
Any help would be great!

Sound like neither button is working ( a click will take you to the next
slide anyway)

Custom shows is a good way to go for this type of show, create the "correct"
slide and in slide show custom show choose new, give it the name correct
and add the correct slide. Do the same for incorrect slide (except name it
incorrect!)

Now the buttons should be set to hyperlink to "custom show" (there'll be a
choice of correct or incorrect. Remember to tick show and return

Did that answer the question / help?

This could be the comma-in-title bug. Do the slides you are jumping to have
commas in their titles? If so, remove the commas adn see if that works.

Another possible explanation is if you have a really really big quiz with
lots of hyperlinks, you might be running up against the hyperlink limit,
but I'm guessing your quiz isn't that big.
