Are you using Rich Text as your default format? Switch to Plain Text or HTML
and see if that makes a difference. -- Kathleen Orland - MVP Outlook Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "JP" wrote: Hi there I have a problem when I sent an e-mail with an attachment to another pc with outlook express the e-mail goes through but there is no sign of the attachment. Are you sure this isn't an OE issue with attachment blocking? Zip the doc
file and see if it is received. -- Bill R MVP "JP" wrote in message ... Hi and thank you for your response. Here is what I figured out so far. The pc I'm sending the e-mails from has outlook 2007 on it. The pc I'm sending it to has outlook express. I've sent an e-mail with attachment of a normal notepad document to the outlook express pc but no attachment. I've then send it to my pc that has outlook 2003 and outlook express on it. Both the e-mails had an attachment. Is there perhaps a setting on the other machine that has outlook express on it that I must change. Thank you JP "K. As Ms. Orland says, make sure you're using some format OTHER THAN Rich Text. Attachments on Rich Text messages don't show up in Outlook Express. -- Brian Tillman |
