Default import form excel to outlook

Hello everybody,

I have got a problem with importing a lot of e-mail
adresses from excel to outlook. First thing I did was
creating a template by making an export of my contacts
from outlook to excel. Then I emptied the template except
for the first row and copied the e-mail adresses into the
template and saved the file. The importing of the excel
file in outlook works but it only imports a certain range
(as much e-mail adresses as I first exported from my
contacts to make the template). I think I have to change
the range in Excel but I have no idea how this should be
done. Can anybody help me please.

Greetings,

Mark Peereboom

Use the Insert | Name | Define command in Excel to define a named range that
covers all the data you want to import. Specify that range when Outlook's
Import and Export wizard prompts you.
