Change Outlook 2003 Contact to look like the Outlook 2000 Contact?

We recentley upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003. We liked the size
(width) of the area below the address information in the Office 2000 Outlook
Contact form to type in trip notes, etc. How can I change all of the
individual Outlook Contact forms to look like the Office 2000 Outlook Contact
form? When I opened the "design forms" the Contact I was working on reverted
back to the old view but you are un able to choose the older view.

You would need to publish your custom form and make it the default and
convert existing items. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
