Default my computer overload due to openning many presentations

I am working on a genealogical presentations (pictures) witch involve many
families linked to there specific presentations .When i navigated acrosse
the programm with all presentations openned my computer overload.How can i
close the precediong presentation so to have only one presentation open at a
time.

The short answer is to set up a menu that links to other presentations. The
other presentations should not link to anything except End Show, which will
bring you back to the menu. Thus, you will only have, at most, two
presentations open at once. For more information, you might check out the
