Default Shared Contacts Don't Appear in Word 2007

I have access to my boss's contacts. I am trying to access them when I
create an envelope or a label in Word 2007. However, the only ones I can see
are my own. Is there any way to get my boss's contacts to appear in the
dropdown list, as well as mine, when I create an envelope or label in Word
2007 and click on the "Insert Address" address book icon? Two things...we do
not use Public Folders, and I do not want to add my boss's contact list into
my personal contact list. Thanks!

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me?

If you have the boss's contacts list appearing as a choice in the Contacts
task pane - right click that contacts liust in that task pane and select
'properties.. On the Outlook Address Book tab, set 'show this folder as an
e-mail address book'. You should then be able to select that list from the
top right text field of the insert address dialog.

Thanks, Graham. Unfortunately, there is no Outlook Address Book tab for
shared contacts, only for my personal ones. I tried from the Task Pane and
from the Folder List. Any other thoughts?? Thanks for helping!

In the circumstances I would suggest that you ask in an Outlook forum for
the best way to integrate the address books.
