my hope is to save time when uploading slides.

I am not at all clear about what you are asking. Can you try to put the
entire question in the body of the message and try to explain your
situation a little more clearly? Also, include what version of
PowerPoint you are using as well as information about where you are
uploading these slides and what you expect to happen to them when they
are uploaded.

Can you explain a bit more? I'm not sure what creating slide transitions has
to do with uploading slides.

Also, please mention which version of PowerPoint you're using.
