Default Merging names into a Publisher certificate

I have a standard certificate for service awards and I would like to merge
the names and dates into a Publisher document.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Create a data base, mail merge the names and date. You can use a Word list,
Publisher list, Excel or Access and many others.
Do a bit of experimenting first to be sure the names/dates are in the correct
place on the certificate.

Lots of help he
