Default Is it possible to supress subform field name headers?

I have a datasheet subform that shows field names as headers of the
datasheet. I've tried opening the subform and making these not visible and
have also tried just deleting them but they still show up. Is there any way
to supress or delete these field name headers?

Not in datasheet view.

Could you use Continuous Form view?
You can arrange the text boxes side-by-side so it looks like datasheet.
