Default contact's "follow up" metadata not found in recovered PST

I'm dealing with a corrupt PST where I've recovered all mail and
calendar data with Stellar Phoenix Outlook PST Repair 3.5, however,
the follow up data doesn't show up. It's not clear to me if this was a
part of the orginal PST or not ...one theory I have is that it's saved
in another file like how name completion is.

Can anyone confirm where this data/metadata is stored? Perhaps the
tool I'm using isn't "follow-up" aware?

Flag data is stored as a MAPI property on each item.
