Default forward a e-mail

When I try to forward an email I use to be able to just hit a letter to find
the contact ie. j would come up Jim, Joe, Judy ... etc now I get nothing I
must type in the whole e-mail which ofcourse I do not memorize what am I
doing wrong?

Not using your Contacts folder?

Not using your Contacts folder?



If you are continually forwarding to certain addresses, put them in your
contacts folder. Then you don't have to remember the email addresses.....

I still do not get it (what do you mean by folder)... When I use my hotmail
account I can do it ? Its just this other (windows Mail) Sorry to be such a
pain

My lap top (what I am on now is a Vista) and I downloaded outlook 2003
(contacts) from my XP so I think it is 2003???

My Lap top did not have outlook on it Just windows Mail !
I am sure that has alot to do with it. But I do not know how to fix it.
