I am trying to help a client out with setting up a biweekly email newsletter
to their clients and I need some help. The client wants to personalize the
newsletter by having the first line read

"Dear John Doe,"

so each person who receives the newsletter sees their name on the top of the
document, even though they are part of a much larger distribution list. They
also want the last line to read

"Sincerly,
David Smith
Chief Operating Officer
ABC Company".

Is there a way to do this in Microsfot Outlook 2007?

Open Outlook's Help and look for "mail merge". See also:
