Default Access 2000 database password

We have a company intranet which has a link that is
supposed to open a Access 2000 database. This database
has a password on it.
When we click on the like, we get the save/open msg so we
click open, then the Access 2000 database password box
appears. We type in the correct password and click ok and
the box disappears and then the database does not display.
When looking in task manager, I can see MSACCESS.exe
running so the database has opened but not displayed.

We have tried this on Access 2003 and it works fine.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Did someone convert your Access 2000 database to an Access 2003 database?

Nope, its a standard Access 2000 database.

It opens fine on machines running Office 2003 but not
Running 2000. Very odd.
