Default How do I insert a watermark in a word document with tables?

I can insert a watermark into the document but I can't get it to show up on
the tables? How can I see the watermark on all of the page?

If your tables have background shading, you'll have to go to Format
Borders & Shading Shading and set the table to No Fill. Otherwise, there
should be no problem with the watermark showing through tables just as it
does through text.
