Default "Billing" Cell info missing in forwarded vCard, Outlook 2003

When forwarding as a vCard, or just plain forwarding, the vCard does not
contain the information for the Billing field. WE need to enter the data on
one computer and get it to others. We do not have Microsoft exchange server.

You will need to forward the contact as an Outlook contact item, not a vCard .vcs file. Create a new message in rich-text format and use the Insert Item command. Make sure the recipient's address is also marked for rich-text.
