In Box - Deleting msgs not highlighted
When I am trying to delete messages in my inbox, I highlight the message and
click the delete icon. Outlook, then deletes not only the highlighted message, but also two or three un-highlighted messages below it. Any solution to this temporay problem? THX |

Hi Brian. Thanks for replying. Swissmoos & time to dine are not one in the
same. swissmoos does not know how to repair the temporary issue/problem. We tried looking up time to dine to no avail. Would you kindly advise swissmoos how we can solve the problem ? Many thanks and look forward to hearing from you Brian. Jim & Ann (swissmoos) "Brian Tillman" wrote: swissmoose wrote: Brian. We appreciate your reply. I do have a couple of generic suggestions, though: create a new mail profile and see if the problem persists or try starting Outlook in safe mode to see if the problem persists. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
