Default syncing ipod nano 3 gen. with calendar & contacts

I should be able to sync my ipod nano 3rd generation with my calendar and
contacts so I can carry them with me and I am asked if I will approve. I say
yes and then the error report comes up and my office program closes. What
can I do to fix this? Thanks so much for ideas or solutions.

What are you using to sync? If iTunes, then post to an Apple group. Synching is never the job of Outlook - it is only the database from which you pull your information.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
