Default Public Folders Contacts

I have several customers (mostly law firms) and they all want the same
thing:

1 Public folders contacts for all in the office to use.
no big deal, except I need it to be no more than 2 mouse clicks to
access them.

Enviroment is Sm Biz Server 2003 (sp1) and Outlook 2003 Sp1.

In the past they have shared out their personal contacts and you get the
'open shared contacts' option from favorites - this is not the case with a
public folder.

How can I make everyone see the same public folder contacts just as if it
was their own.

They must be able to edit the contacts without a syncronization needed to
propigate - they must all be looking at the same contacts.

Also - Does this solution work the same for the Public folder calendar.

I have run into the issue with syncronizing PDA's with the public folders
and resolved this with Intelisync.
I am willing to spend money (less that $100) for an addin utility, but it
would have be work perfectly and very very easily.

Thanks for everyone's input!

No problem: Just have each user add the folders to Public =
Folders\Favorites and they'll automatically appear in the Contacts pane =
under Other Contacts.=20

Calendars work the same.=20

I see that the contacts will appear under Public Folders - Contacts.

But the end user has to have the Folder View set on (is there a way to permamently have this view on?)
THen browse through favorites and open the public folder.

Is there any way to make this as close as possible to looking like it is their personal contacts? Is there anyway to remap the public folder to the users personal contacts?
This also makes syncronizing with PDAs easier. Currently I have to buy intellisync for each user who wants the public folders on their PDA.

The end goal is to have everyone looking at the public folders as if it was their own.

Thanks for the input Sue, I sure do appreciate the MVPs out there!
