Default duplicate calendar

we set up a new computer for a user and then pulled his outlook off the
exchange server. Once this happened duplicate calendars appeared, looking at
the properties these appear to both be the same calendar. The user wants only
one calendar and would like to have the other deleted. It will not allow us
to delete either calendar. I have tried detect and repair and also have tried
deleting her profile then recreating it . The same issue is persisting. Any
suggestions?

You'll have to define what this means. Since Outlook would not have been
installed on the server, how can you "pull it off" the server?

Appeared where?

What version of Outlook? What is the delivery location?
