Default Removing Large Fluctuations from Line Chart

I have a line chart that plots pressure data for every
minute of a 24-hour period. Sometimes I have large
fluctuations in the data which cause large blips in my
chart.

How do I account for these large fluctuations in my
chart? Something similar to a best-fit line?

Thanks for the help!

I do not think a "normal line of best fit is appropriate here. I suggest
you look at the trendline for a moving average.
