Third time is a charm! I had my computer's date wrong..here goes again geesh
I'm a dumbass...! Hi There! How can I have txtfield1 on a continous form change the background color to vbRed for that record only if txtfield3's value is "Yes" (this is a text field not a boolean) otherwise the background.color is white Thanks! Lurch |

Use Conditional Formatting.
With the continuous form in design view, select the textbox. Then select Format ... Conditional Formatting The condition is: Field Value Is equal to "yes" Make sure you put the "Yes" in quotes.
