Default after I scan a form, how do I "freeze" it so I can tab/type from .

I fill out the same 10 forms at work by hand. I want to scan those forms and
be able to type in (only) the appropriate fields without having everything
(ie. the form) change. I know how to scan documents, but not necessarily what
program to scan them to. I have Office 2003. I know how to edit documents
after they have been scanned, but I have to spend to much time reformatting
the "form". Please help... as this could save me tons of work, writing the
same info on all these forms.

To scan forms while retaining the format in an editable document, you need
specialty software designed for scanning forms.

An example of such software can be found he

Another solution would be to create the forms from scratch using MS Word --
type "Form" in Help for assistance.

Good luck,
