Default Input Method Editor

Where do I install the Input Method Editor (IME) to type Chinese (T) or (S) ?
I can't seem to find the link and the assistance quotes " Go to the
Microsoft Office Online Web site, navigate to the IME download page you want
.... " But i cannot find the download page. I am using Office 2003 version.
Please help.

Hi , thanks for the reply.. I need help again..:
In the website, there are 3 files to be downloaded. I downloaded all 3 and
the prominsing one was the. Now the thing is, after enabling the language
settings from control panel and Microsoft Office 2003 Tools, and enabling the
language bar, i can't figure out how to insert chinese characters on an
office program, eg. Word.
PLease assist me..

The basic IME capability is built into Windows XP.
You may want to check with the folks in the Word
