Default CRM sample database

Hi. I'm planning to build a CRM system - any who know if there are any
samples out there?
(I'm specially interested in the structure of key fields). Thanks, JohS

There are many examples, e.g. MS has a template for contacts in Access 2007.

If your needs are simple/standard, it will be easier to use an off-the-shelf
solution, starting with MS Outlook (shared and personal contacts and
calendar schedules) and moving up to more expensive ones.

If you need to handle corporate entities (companies, organizations,
households) as well as individuals, then one of the issues you face is how
