Default adress available but not shown in address book

Usually, I send emails to people that are not saved in my contacts. However,
when composing new email later and when I press the first letter in the To
field I will see a list of contacts that start with this letter including the
one I did not save to contacts.

Now, the list of unsaved email addresses is getting big. Is there any way
that I can retreive them all at once and save them to my contacts?

Not natively, unless you're using Outlook 2010.
Current versions require 3rd party software.
