Default How do I convert a publisher file to a PDF file

I know it's easier to create a .pdf file in Word, but that's Word and not
Publisher.

Try the steps I listed. They work - honest. I use Acrobat 5 and Publisher
and they work together quite nicely. As a matter of fact, I always create my
..pdf files that way, regardless of the program I'm using.

Ed kindly referred me to check the web for the answer already posted to

this question...and I am still having trouble. I have adobe acrobat 6
professionals. I can not seem to find print .distiller driver as an option.
I DID read the manual. To create a PDF it says to go to file and it lists
the simple steps. I follow them. All my files are shown to choose from. I
can easily create a PDF from word. Just did it a minute ago. All my
publisher documents come up with a grey errror box which I tried to send to
another MVP and was told not to do that. I am really not this thick...but
so many things are not working with my new publisher that I am begining to
wonder I don't have a corrupted version.

While your Pub file is on the monitor, select File, Print and when the print
window appears, go to the window that shows the printer, click on the drop
down arrow head and a list of printers will show. Select Adobe distiller or
what ever it's called and OK to the print.
