Default auto fill email addresses in To field

Just got Windows 7 and am disappointed that when I address to contacts I've
addressed to already, it doesn't autocomplete when I start typing in the TO
field. Is there a setting where I can change this?

Your Outlook version is what what would permit an answer to your question,
not your operating system.
In some versions you turn this on in Tools Options Preferences Email
Options Advanced Email Options Suggest Names
Since this is turned on by default, you likely have something else
misconfigured that you haven't told us about.
