Default Linking text boxes

I have tried Ed Bennett's method in his reply of 11/21/2004. It worked for
the first page.

I have a 44-page document in which all the pages are linked except for page
3 and 4. I did the Ed Method and got page 3 to link. The next time I tried
it, it took me to page 1 (which was blank except for photos). I can't get it
to work for page 4 on.

Good grief, I have trouble remembering what I wrote 4 days ago, let
alone 4 years! Do you have a link (heh, link) to the thread?

are.
