Default How Do I Produce A Set Of Contacts Filtered On A Field?

I have my Contacts organised in several folders in Outlook 2003. I've gone in
to each folder and the contacts I want to send a christmas card to I've
entered "Xmas Card" in the category field.

However, when I mail merge to word to create address labels I can only do so
from within each contacts folder.
I would like to find a way to create a set of all the contacts in the
category Xmas Card and then mail merge those to Word.

Can anyone help?

Either perform multiple merges or copy all the items into a new contacts folder you create just for this merge.
