I am using Outlook 2003. I can highlight with yellow (or any color) text in
the email as I write it. But when the recipient of the email prints the
email the yellow highlighting doesn't print. What remedy do I have? Thanks.

That is a limitation of the recipient's printer drivers - some people have
luck printing to PDF or other format then printing to paper.

if you use word as the editor, you can use word's highlighter command.
