windows auto updates changes outlook
whenever I have an automatic update to my windows XP 2000, after I install
it, my outlook (2000) changes the color of the desktop icon to yellow (from green). I then cannot open outlook and have to use the Office 2000 repair disk to restore my Outlook to it's original condition. Any idea why this happens? and how can I fix this problem? Thanks in advance. |

windows auto updates changes outlook
It sounds like you have multiple versions of Outlook installed on your
system then. The yellow icon made its debut in Outlook 2003. Verify your Add/Remove Programs list in Control Panel for Outlook or Office 2003 or later installations. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Ocalajlm" wrote in message news whenever I have an automatic update to my windows XP 2000, after I install it, my outlook (2000) changes the color of the desktop icon to yellow (from green).
