Default Receiving reported error (0x800ccc93)

I've been fighting this problem for a month and therefore, I haven't received
e-mail in outlook for the same amount of time. I've posted this message for
serveral weeks and no one has been able to answer it. I'm getting the
following: message from Outlook 2003:
Receiving reported error(0x800ccc93): The server responded: 615
or
Receiving reported error (0x800ccc93): The server responded: 2873

I've checked on google and everyone has the same answer " POP3 pasrse
failure" Unable to interpret message.

However, no one seems to have a solution. Even I've been unsuccessful thus
far.

Does anyone know a way to fix this problem. I've look in my ISP inbox over
the web and I have serveral thousand messages. I'm unable to determine what
message is causing the problem or just omit the message.

I've asked Microsoft for help on this newsgroup and I've gotten no response.
I just knew a month ago when this started to happen that they would be able
to help.

I did have earthlink suggest using another e-mail client. The problem with
that is I need to have all my mail loaded on my exchange server. I have
other mail boxes and I'm using Outlook with no problems.

If I have a bad header on an e-mail how do I determine what the bad e-mail
is? I'll be glad to delete it.

Shouldn't Outlook just bypass the bad message and continue. Since the user
has no idea that the header is bad or how it may have gotten that way. I'm a
programmer and I'm not able to over come this problem yet.

Microsoft if you're listening please help me..

I'm trying to bring up an POP 3 Exchange 2003 server maybe that will solve
this problem. Any ideas any one? I wasn't ready to do that yet but now I
don't know of anything else to try.

Thanks
