Report doesn't print unbound OLE Word object but does print data

I am having a problem with a report that I have created. The base report is started in Microsoft Word. I copy that document and paste it into an Access Report (using Access 97). I then insert fields on the top of the unbound object to fill in dynamic data. I can preview this and it all looks fine. In fact most users can. I have a couple users though that can only print the data, it doesn't print the back object at all. I have checked the printer and all fine. In fact with one user he has a networked inkjet and it doesn't print using one computer but the exact same program that is running on another computer with the same printer driver prints everything. It is an unbound OLE Microsoft Word object. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
