Default cannot send distribution list

I have a list of about 100 email addresses. Outlook treated the message as
having been sent when it was not actually sent. My dsl service provider
advised that I try splitting the list. I split it into thirds. The test
message to the first two lists were sent and received. The test of the third
list does not get delivered even though Outlook indicates that it was sent.

Do a mail merge instead.

If the message moves from your Outbox to Sent Items, then your mail server
has accepted the message and the problem is on the ISP's end.
