Contact management
We have someone at the office who adds most of the contacts, and several other people who draw from those contacts.
We do have public folders which they *should* be using but most of them have not been doing it for so long they don't know where they are and won't be bothered to learn. The just want to click the contacts thing in the bottom left to see all their contacts. I am just wondering if it is possible to link the two, or make it so when you click local contacts it loads the public contacts. That way they will all add / draw from the same pool. Contact management
If I may pile-on to Phil's excellent question: is there a MS tool to merge
and "de-dupe" these contact files? This would create a single folder, perhaps. Thanks, "Phil G" wrote: We have someone at the office who adds most of the contacts, and several other people who draw from those contacts.
