Default CTRL+ENTER Sending Message Warning

From http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/showdialog.htm:
If you check the box to never show this dialog again, go to Tools, Options,
Preferences tab, Email options, Advanced options - near the bottom of the
dialog and change the setting.
If your version of Outlook doesn't have this option, you'll need to delete
the CtrlEnterSends DWORD from
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\xx.0\O utlook\Preferences
When you restart Outlook the dialog will reappear.
