Default Short cut bar

I know office 2003 does not have a shortcut bar.
If i copy the short cut bar from xp to 2003 will it work?

Or can i make one of my own and if so how?

1 Yes, you can install the XP bar AFTER installing 2003.
2 You can create one of your own using the XP QuickLaunch feature. Or you
can use SlickRun or JetToolbar or a million other shareware apps.
