unable to update office 2003
I am unable to update my office program from the Microsoft website. It
looks for a sku00017.cab file. I give it the location of the CD, it doesn't find it. I give it the location of the programs files, it doesn't find it. I do a search and I can't find it. There is a way to download the file without using the CD, according to Microsoft, but even then it is looking for the file and I can't seem to find it. does anyone have any clues?? thanks |

Sky,
Just a suggestion, but try this with your disk: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;825933 to reinstall your msocache files to your Office folder. Did you delete your install files at setup? May not work since you have already tried the full file, you (may) have to run a disk cleanup to rid your system of any temp files. Also you (may) want to clear your cache in IE. May help...
