Default Validation of Data

Hey,
I have this challenging validation issue. I have a query that has
Item Number and Quantity.
There is a subform setup to retrieve this information automatically as
it is scanned in another department "FIFO" concept.
So, when the first department scan the order, it display's in another
department as pending jobs "FIFO" by Order numbers. Then, it
automatically displays the item numbers and quantity that needs to be
pulled off the shelves.

Once I pul those items, I want to be able to scan those items and
validate against the list of items and quantity in the subform.

If there is also a better way of doing so, please let me know.
I have it working upto to pulling information that needs to be pulled
and now the challenge is to scan those items and validate it.
I would like to either color change those items that have been
verified or check off that has been verified.

Thank you

majic
