Hello,
I am looking for a questionnaire that will help me ask all the right questions before I start designing a database. does anybody have some that I could use?? Ryan

Candace Tripp has created a client questionaire to gather database

Mere Mortals", he gives a very detailed process for interviewing customers about their database needs.
