how to retrieve outlook express email accounts

My PC just broke down, windows XP does not start up, although the hard disk
is fine and installed it in another machine, I can not use Outlook Express 6
with my original email accounts because I do not find them. Where does
windows keeps that data?
I already got the .wab and .dbx. files, what I need to find is the email
accounts settings. I searched for .iaf files and did no find anyone. I
replaced the entire outlook express directory with my first machine files but
it did not work. I supossed windows stores this data in some file in the
windows directory.
