Default Second Database in Access 2007 opens from behind

I have an Access 2007 database form with just buttons on it to open other
databases, when selected it opens the other Access database behind the first
one.

At work I have an older version of Access and use the same concept and it
works fine, when I select the button to open a database it opens in front of
the first one.

Thanks in advance.
