I need the hotfix in 833986
How do I download the Outlook 2003 hotfix dated Jan 17,
2004? It is referenced by article 833986 which says I need to contact MS tech support. But on their site, it looks like I have to pay for this support. Can't I just download the hotfix? Thanks.
