Outlook 2002 failure
Whenever i start outlook 2002 I get a failure stating
that "MapI was unable to load the information services PSTPRX.DLL" I have tried loading updates and reinstalling with no success. Any hints?

Outlook 2002 failure
The most common source of that error is some confusion among your configuration options caused by upgrading from Outlook 2000 in Internet Mail Only Mode. The Office XP Service Pack should have fixed it but you can also avoid the error by using a different profile. See this Knowledge Base Article for details:

I tried your fix - but I already have SP3 installed and when I tried to download it again the download site checked my system and said that I did not need it.
Any other suggestions? Thanks, Frank
