Problems Printing Notes page
While preparing my presentation, I enter notes in the the NOTE Section. At times, the notes overflow the page. When I print the NOTES from PowerPoint, PowerPoint truncates anything over a page.
I can send the presentation to MS Word, but MS Word loses all the spacing, bullets and tabs. I want to print my notes in whole and try and keep the format |

Problems Printing Notes page
One easy solution is to select the slide with the overflow notes page text,
insert a new slide after it. Then cut the overflow text from the first slide's notes section and paste it into the second slides notes page. Then simply hide the second slide (so it does not become part of the screen show). -- Bill Dilworth, Microsoft PPT MVP =============== Please spend a few minutes checking vestprog2@ out www.pptfaq.com This link will yahoo. answer most of our questions, before com you think to ask them.
